GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1. Information About Us
1.1 www.atmacha.com is operated by Atmaca Furniture Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). We are registered in the U.K. (Company No. 10699751), with our registered office at 13-15 Grand Parade, London N4 1LA. Our VAT number is GB270182423.
2. Ordering Products
2.1 Orders can be placed by following the outlined process on our site. By placing an order, you acknowledge a binding obligation to pay if we accept your order.
2.2 Our order process allows you to review and amend errors before submission.
2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance; we confirm acceptance via email.
2.4 Once dispatched, orders cannot be stopped. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns.
2.5 Please ensure that ordered products can be received, including accessibility to the room, through staircases, doorways, etc.
2.6 Keep your contact information updated so we can notify you about your order or delivery.
3. Availability
3.1 All orders are subject to product and material availability. Delays or unavailability will be communicated promptly.
3.2 If we cannot supply a product due to out-of-stock status or pricing errors, we will notify you and issue a refund if already paid. In cases where a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount. Atmaca Furniture Limited is not responsible for any further liabilities in the event of such an error.
4. Images and Sizing of Products
4.1 Images on our site are illustrative only, and colours may vary slightly from what is displayed.
4.2 Product measurements, including dimensions, weights, and capacities, are approximate, with natural variations of up to 5 cm possible. This is considered a standard and acceptable difference.
5. Prices of Products
5.1 Prices are as stated, inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery costs. For current delivery charges, refer to our Shipping Policy.
5.4 In cases of obvious pricing errors, we may cancel orders or contact you for instructions before dispatch.
5.5 We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect prices if mispricing is obvious and could reasonably be recognized as such.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is required in advance via methods listed on our site.
6.2 By submitting an order, you confirm valid payment details.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery times are estimates only; for full information, see our Shipping Policy.
7.2 Delivery is available in the U.K. and Ireland.
7.3 For tracking, visit the "My Orders" section on your account.
8. Risk and Ownership
8.1 Ownership transfers upon full payment.
8.2 Responsibility for products transfers upon physical possession by you or an appointed third party.

14. Product Warranty and Care
14.1 Warranty Coverage

- Sofas & Armchairs: 2 years structural warranty, 1 year for upholstery.
- TV Stands, Dining Tables, Chests of Drawers, Bedside Tables, Beds, Consoles, Wardrobes, and Sideboards: Covered for 2 years.
- Chairs, Coffee Tables, and Nesting/Side Tables: Covered for 1 year.
14.2 Electrical Components

- Electrical components (e.g., lighting systems) are covered for 1 year.
- Issues caused by voltage fluctuations (high or low voltage) are not covered under the warranty.
- For lighting products, bulbs are not covered, and any bulb-related issues are the responsibility of the customer.
14.3 Warranty Limitations
The warranty is valid for domestic use only and does not apply if:

- Products are stored incorrectly, misused, or altered.
- Items are exposed to outdoor or humid environments.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or incidental damages occur.
14.4 Care Instructions
For care and maintenance guidelines, please refer to our Care Instructions page. Following these instructions helps ensure your product remains in optimal condition and does not void the warranty.
15. Our Liability to You
15.1 We ensure conformity with contractual standards but disclaim liability for commercial use. The maximum liability is the purchase price.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events, but will take reasonable steps to minimise them.
17. Deposit Validity and Conversion
17.1 Deposit Validity Period
Deposits made toward any product are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. If the customer does not contact us to proceed within this time, the deposit will expire, and the reserved item may be released for sale.
17.2 Conversion to Store Voucher
If contact is made within 12 months but the purchase is not finalised, we may convert the deposit to a store voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
17.3 Maintaining Validity
Customers should contact us within 12 months to finalise purchases or explore options. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
18. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, contact us at hello@atmacha.com or at our address. Formal complaints may be addressed through the EU's online dispute platform.
19. Independence of Terms
If any terms are deemed unenforceable, remaining terms shall remain effective.
20. Updates to Terms of Sale
Terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of any significant updates via email.
21. Rights of Third Parties
Contracts between you and us do not grant rights to third parties.
22. Transfer of Rights
We may transfer contractual rights to other organisations.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Terms are governed by English law. Legal proceedings may be initiated in English, Scottish, or Northern Irish courts.
