Shipping policy

Estimated Delivery Time

  • In-Stock Items: Estimated delivery time is 1-4 weeks.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Estimated delivery time is 8-12 weeks.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen conditions such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or other factors may affect delivery schedules. Delivery dates are provided as guidance only.

Scheduled Delivery and Customer Responsibilities

  • Once items are ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Customers must ensure that the delivery path is clear and accessible, and that the room is empty and ready to receive the furniture upon arrival. Customers are responsible for verifying that all entrances, hallways, staircases, and doorways will accommodate their furniture.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries occur between 10:00 and 19:00. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic or unexpected delays.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed or rescheduled by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply. Customers who refuse delivery of in-stock items on their scheduled date will incur a storage fee of £45 per day and forfeit any previously offered free delivery. The company is not liable for damage occurring to items in storage due to customer delays. 
  • Unclaimed Items Policy: If a customer fails to arrange delivery or collect their items within 30 days of being notified that their order is ready, the company reserves the right to charge additional storage fees. After 45 days, the company may, at its discretion, cancel the order and retain the deposit as a restocking fee. Written notice will be provided before such actions are taken.

Outlet, Display, and Ex-Display Items

  • Delivery of outlet, display, or ex-display items must be accepted within 3 weeks of the scheduled date. Failure to accept delivery within this timeframe means the customer forfeits their payment, and the company is not responsible for any damage occurring while the item is in storage.

Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fees for furniture are as follows:
    • England: £249
    • Scotland/Wales: £299
    • Northern Ireland: £399
  • For other regions, please contact us for a quote. If free delivery is initially provided, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from any refunded amount upon return.

Product Inspection and Acceptance

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery thoroughly. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours via email to hello@atmacha.com, including clear photos and a description.
  • Our delivery team will photograph items upon delivery to document their condition. If a customer or their representative signs for the item, it is considered accepted unless issues are reported within 24 hours. Any false or misleading claims about item condition may result in the forfeiture of warranty rights.

Liability Disclaimer for Property Incidental Damage

  • Our delivery team takes every possible care during the delivery process. However, the company is not liable for minor scratches, marks, or incidental damage to property (walls, floors, door frames, etc.) that may occur during delivery. We recommend that customers prepare and protect any areas susceptible to damage in advance of the delivery.

Installation and Assembly Limitations

Our delivery team is trained and specialised in furniture assembly and setup, but does not handle any electrical work. For items such as TV wall units or mirrors, please be aware that our team is not responsible for wall mounting, as they do not have information about your wall’s internal wiring or cabling, which could pose serious safety risks.

Please note the following:

  • TV Panels and Mounting: TV units are not provided with wall-mounting brackets, and our team is not responsible for securing your TV to the furniture or for handling electronic setups.
  • Customer Responsibility for Electronics: Customers are responsible for any setup involving electronic equipment, including TV installations and cable concealment or management.
